Requirements :
– Experienced in handling facility management activities and administration.
Proven experience as a site facility manager or in another relevant role.
= Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
– Background in ammonia, petrochemicals, oil & gas, or large multinational manufacturing companies preferred.
– Certification in ERP for handling Maximo and AX, SAP, and leadership skills.
– Willing to work in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi.
Responsibilities :
– Ensure the smooth functioning of site administration, office facilities, camps, canteens, and other site facilities, as well as site ICT, site F&A, and site procurement.
– Support the site in budget development and control.
– Ensure internal controls and continuous improvement and development.
